    Literally changed my life!
    I've struggled with sweating overnight especially while living in Miami. This cooling blanket makes a huge difference helping to keep me cool and asleep! When I had the flu it was essential in my comfort while having a high fever and cold sweats. If you haven't tried one before I recommend starting with the throw since it is inexpensive and still useful but the queen size is much larger and is my go to for sleeping.
