Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a slight color difference from what I saw online?

Slight color differences can happen due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches. This is normal and doesn’t affect the quality of the sheets. If you need help choosing the right color or finding a good match, our customer care team is here to help.

What should I do if my sheets tear after washing?

Bamboo fabric is naturally soft and needs gentle care. We recommend using a laundry bag, selecting a delicate cycle, and avoiding high heat in the dryer. Simply machine wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle for a like-new restoration. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as they can damage the fibers. If your sheets do tear, please send us a photo along with your order info. We’ll take a look and find the best solution for you.

How do I deal with wrinkles in the sheets?

Some wrinkling is normal after washing. For best results, lay the sheets flat right after drying or use a low-heat iron if needed. Use a low heat setting and avoid direct high heat. A pressing cloth is recommended to protect the fabric and get a smooth finish. If you’re using a dryer, choose a gentle, low-heat cycle and remove the sheets promptly to help minimize wrinkles.

Feels nice but did wear down.
Loved these sheets but they don’t hold up forever. This happened about 3 years between rotating with another set every week. It’s actually in the middle of the mattress where no one lays.

LOVE!!!
Sooooo soft I love these sheets so much. They are a really beautiful pink if you’re going for a baby pinky color. They do kind of wrinkle but not so bad that it’s a bother or anything. The pillowcases fit my pillows very well they are almost big just in the width and i have very fluffy pillows and they have a little pocket so you don’t see the side of the pillow which is a detail that i love. Also the fitted sheet is very deep and i have no trouble putting it on and taking it off. I do have a cat and the fur does collect a lot on the sheets, to note i wash my sheets every 1-maybe 2 weeks. The pictures I added were not for this review so i apologize for the cat haha, but they show the color.

Surprisingly Soft, Almost Too Silky!
These sheets are surprisingly soft and feel absolutely amazing! They have such a silky, luxurious feel that I love, but they’re almost *too* slippery. Between my 4-year-old and my husband sharing my bed, somehow my top sheet always seems to disappear during the night! 😂 There’s just not enough grip or friction to keep it in place with the comforter. Overall, they feel incredible, but be prepared for your top sheet to go on its own little adventure while you sleep!
