8-Layer Cotton Muslin Blanket

This is the best purchase ! And this is my absolute favorite blanket!!! It is a nice thickness … I actually did away with my comforter and now I’m just using this blanket. I want more! Maybe once the price comes down I will purchase another one …

I'm a colorful, pattern loving person. In search of a 100% cotton replacement quilt for the one I've had I came across this Muslin blanket. And I do love me some muslin! Never found anything I really liked pattern wise, and kept coming back to this. Then this blanket was on sale during the recent Prime Deals and I did it. Still pricey (pricey for me anyway) considering it was just a blanket, no shams, no pattern, just plain sage (it's a true sage green, so pretty!) muslin. SO HAPPY I DID! It's every bit as warm as my quilt, yet not too warm (I am perimenopausal). It's all cotton and heavy enough to just hug you when it's on! Again, I'm not used to plain anything, so I draped a colorful quilt at the end of my bad, along with my dog's blanket. I haven't washed it but everyone says it just gets softer. I did tumble it in the dryer. I have a big dog, who is very good staying on her blanket, but those with cats or small dogs with tiny nails, they may snag the fabric (the packing even said so), other than that, seems like it will last a very long time. I have a queen and purchased a king so I'd have more than enough drape, perfect size. I love it!

The media could not be loaded. This blanket is fantastic. Lightweight yet not flimsy. It's week finished on all sides and the material is quality fabric. It looks very nice and lightweight for summer but warm enough in winter. The cotton is breathable and this is the best contribution out of the 3 different blankets I ordered. Super versatile whether on the bed or sofa. Pretty color great size.
