I finally found a duvet cover that both my husband and I can agree on. My husband is usually cold and I am a warm sleeper. This medium weight duvet cover is both warm for my hubby and cooling, for me. I get a better quality sleep with this duvet cover than I do with my traditional covers. My husband is also enjoying better sleep, because this cover also provides warmth. The fabric content is bamboo which has a smooth feel. The fabric has a rich appearance which is the finishing touch to any bedding ensemble. Our bedroom looks so inviting with this duvet cover on the duvet. The cover is also constructed very well. The tabs on the inside attach securely to the duvet corners. It stays in place and does not flip around or bunch up. I have a king size and the fit is perfect. The seams are strong and double stitched. This duvet cover resists stains. However it does need to be cleaned. Dry cleaning is not necessary. The wash machine does a good job with this cover. It can be placed in the dryer on a low heat setting. Dog fur comes off easily in the wash and dryer. The cover is a little difficult to get on the duvet. This is because the zipper closure is not wide. It has limited length for getting the duvet inside. It’s a little awkward and cumbersome. Once inside the cover it looks great. Thanks for reading !

The first thing I appreciate is that the fabric isn’t fully synthetic. It’s made with 40% cotton and rayon (a semi-synthetic fiber), which gives it a much more natural feel. Fully synthetic fabrics tend to generate a lot of static electricity, especially during dry New York winters. This blend likely explains why the cover appears too wrinkly in the photos — I don’t use a dryer (I hang dry), and I never waste time and energy on ironing sheets. Synthetic fabrics wrinkle less, but I prefer the trade-off here.
