GentleSoft® Egyptian Cotton Sheet Set

I love these sheets! They're soft, definitely breathable like cotton is. The elastic goes all the way around the fitted sheet rather than just at the corers, and it's super wide elastic that doesn't feel like it's going to be played out in a year. They seem like good quality sheets that are a decent thickness. Here's the scale I'm using for my ratings: 1 star= Nope! I do not recommend. It’s poorly made, or not what it’s listed to be. 2 stars = Has some redeeming qualities, would not buy again. 3 stars = Meh. It's passable. Might not be worth the price. 4 stars = Good, but there’s something off 5 stars = Yes! Exactly what it should be. * I do my best to give an honest review as if I had paid the listed price, but there is an inherent bias when items are received at reduced cost.

These sheets feel beautiful to sleep in. Smooth, cool, that hotel-y sateen feel without being slippery. They drape nicely on the bed, don’t bunch, & feel substantial without being heavy. Definitely a “crawl into bed early” kind of vibe. But… the ivory. Ivory is not white. Not even close. On our bed it reads yellow. Like permanently warm toned, almost dingy next to true white linens. It genuinely looks like it’s already picked up body oil stains even when it’s freshly washed. That clash is intense. That’s 100% on us for not fully clocking how yellow ivory runs. If your bedding is white white, this will bug you. My honest advice: - Love the sheets themselves - Would absolutely rebuy in a different color - If you run white linens, go linen or another neutral, not ivory. Lesson learned. I have always preferred 100% cotton sheets and bedding and will go out of my way to make sure that is what I am buying and using. So when I was looking to replace mine and I came across these Bedsure ones and it said these were 100% Giza Egyptian cotton I was excited to give them a try. Quality wise these definitely seam to be made pretty well. They have a tight weave which in the long run will make it very Durable and long lasting. But you do sacrifice some of the softness for that… they are on the stiffer side even after washing. But that’s usually the case with good quality 100% cotton sheets. As well as them wrinkling easily. But all in all they are pretty decent quality sheets!
