I had intended to use this pillowcase for travel. I always miss my silk pillowcase when I stay at hotels and I really do think my hair and face look better after sleeping on the silk ones. This pillowcase surprised me with being zipper on the end, so the pillow is completely encased. I like that feature. The color is more beige or ivory, than white, and I liked that the design is smooth and not raised, so that it doesn't scratch your face. There is a nice outlined piping around the whole pillowcase. The size I got fit a pretty big memory foam pillow and I was pleased that the case will also cover up that pillows zipper. There was only 1 case, not sure why I thought there would be 2, but I still am really glad I picked it up.

I like the softness of this pillowcase. I thought it might be to slippery and slide away from my head. I does a bit, but not terribly. I feel my hair slide as my head moves rather than sticking in place as with a regular cloth pillowcase. It seems my hair has less brittle ends. I am thrilled that it has a zipper. I was annoyed with my pillow sliding out the open end of other pillow cases. I like having the zipper to keep it in place.
