Works great, easy to use controller
I love the controller on this mattress pad. It is super easy to adjust both the temperature and time and the cord is plenty long. It is comfortable to lie on and is soft on the outside and has padding. You do not feel the heating wires within the mattress pad. The only negative is the fitted part of the mattress pad is very thin.( the part that does not heat on the side of your mattress) This is my first heated mattress pad so I do not have anything to compare it to. It may be thin just so that your fitted sheet goes over it with ease. You can unplug the cord to wash the mattress pad. I would wash on gentle on cold and air dry. This is so nice to take the edge off of cold sheets !

Warms very quickly.
I love it. The preheat is very fast and we all know how wonderful crawling into a warm bed is. I like the idea that there is only one connection at the bottom, less mess and fuss.

Fits a pillow top with a topper, nice!
I have a queen pillow top mattress with a 4" foam topper, and this fit easily. Dual controls are nice since my partner runs warmer than I do. I had a single control heated pad before, but I feel like this is a better choice for us.
