Man, they really know how to pack these things! This bed arrived in a medium sized box so I was skeptical of how large it was actually going to be. Once I opened the pack- POOF. It opened all the way up. Please make sure you read the directions- you need to wait a while until it’s fully puffed up to the appropriate size. It also says you can take out the border and fluff it up- although I never did. It still looks great! I have a 25lb beagle and there’s a ton of room on the medium sized bed for him. My one complaint- the material on the top of the bed is very thing. My dog is a puppy so he loves to pull and chew anything. While he has not gotten through the material, he’s come close. I wish it was a bit more plush material for him, but he still seems to love it! I typically throw a really soft blanket on top and he sleeps for hours

I feel this is a quality bed and company. The reason for the four stars and not five is due to the bed not reaching the firmness implied by the photo. I waited the recommended 24 to fourth eight hours. The bed and cover are good quality. My girl seems to like it fine, she is a bolster bed kind of dog.
