Comfortable Support Without Sleeping Hot
I've had good luck with Bedsure products, and this pillow didn't disappoint. I'm a back sleeper and tend to sleep hot, so those were my biggest concerns. It provides good neck support without feeling too firm, and the contoured shape keeps my head in a comfortable position. I woke up with less neck stiffness than I usually do. I was also happy that it didn't retain much heat overnight. Some memory foam pillows get warm after a while, but this one stayed comfortable. The two sides offer different support, so it's easy to find what feels best. Overall, it's a comfortable pillow that works well for back sleeping. Would've liked it more if it were cooling though.

Great neck support
Neck support is great! I have degenerative disc disease on my neck. My hands used to fall asleep while sleeping. Has not happened anymore and my neck pain has improved greatly. Only reason a 4 star is it’s not as cooling as believed. But I’m happy!
