GentleSoft® Organically Grown Bamboo Viscose Sheet Set

I ordered these Bedsure Bamboo Viscose Sheets to replace a set of sheets from Costco that inexplicably started to self-destruct. I washed and dried the Bedsure sheet set, following the directions for the most part. I admit I did not use plant-based detergent because I do not own any. Standard liquid laundry detergent worked fine as far as I can tell. The directions say to tumble dry on low. This is my first set of Bamboo Viscose sheets, so I did a little research. I learned that high heat can make the bamboo material brittle, weaken it, and lead to snags or tears. This can decrease the sheets softness and durability. I will be sure to follow the instructions to tumble dry on low in order to maintain the super soft feel of these sheets. It feels luxurious sleeping on the sheets because of the way they feel against the skin. My husband made a point to mention it the morning after our first sleep on the sheets. You know they feel nice for a man to notice and make a comment about it. It was easy for me to make the bed solo. The fitted sheet has elastic bands that prevent the corners from pulling off during the night. That was an almost daily occurrence with the Costco sheets, which frustrated me as the person who makes the bed in the morning. I absolutely love these sheets! They are buttery soft — seriously some of the softest I’ve ever owned. The fabric feels luxurious and cool to the touch, and I love that they’re made from organically grown bamboo viscose. The color is beautiful and rich, and they fit perfectly on deep mattresses without slipping off, which is a huge plus. Washed them twice already in cold water and they came out perfect. No shrinking or fading of the ivory color. Dried on low heat without issues.
