The color is very nice, and stands up fine in a cool water wash. The texture is a bunch of little bumps that are made up of threads however, so not a great idea if you have Velcro or pet claws around it or there is a very high chance of pulling the threads out. The duvet has 8 ties inside which stay on well, and the zipper stays flat and hidden by the fabric. It seems to be a little on the warmer side, so maybe best for fall/winter or cold houses.

I ordered this duvet cover in ivory in queen. I made sure to wash it before I used it. While putting the duvet and pillow cases on, I noticed slight snags in the material and in the waffle pattern. Not what I was expecting from a brand new product so I wasn't happy about that and will worry how it will wear over time. I do like the color though and it is very comfortable. The duvet was easy to put on and I like that the pillow cases cover the whole pillow.
