I have bought so many comforters in the search to be the most comfortable. Unfortunately I need very specific conditions to fall asleep, i DO NOT hit the pillow and pass out. This blanket helps, for real. I'm SO happy. It feels like my OCD / autism is pleased by this and I recommend. It's truly is unlike like any blanket I've ever had. This blanket feels silky. It is warm, but if it's too warm it's the type of material that cools down if you aren't under it (similar to 'the cooler side of the pillow' ) I can throw in washing machine and dryer and there's no piling or fluff getting pushed around inside. If they start making this in better colors I would buy more. I dyed mine teal with RIT dye in a tote bucket. I love it. Try it. Seriously.
