Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn’t the blanket fluffy when I first open the package?

Don’t worry—your blanket’s just a little squished from the journey. To keep things eco-friendly, we vacuum-pack it for shipping, which can flatten the fibers a bit. A quick fluff in the dryer or some time to breathe in the open air will bring it back to its full, cloud-soft self. That GentleSoft comfort? It’s in there—just waiting to wake up.

I’m worried the blanket might be too small. What should I do?

We always recommend checking your bed or couch measurements before ordering. If you’re in between sizes or love extra coverage, go for the larger size—it’s always better to have more cozy space than not enough!

I’m not sure which color to choose. The photos look a bit different on my screen.

Totally understandable—screens can sometimes shift colors. If you’re unsure, feel free to message our customer service team. We’re happy to recommend the best shade based on your space and lighting!

What makes Bedsure's GentleSoft special?

Our story began with a determined mother - in the 1970s, she left her village with just embroidery skills to build a better life. Today, we honor her legacy through bedding that blends her handmade warmth with modern craftsmanship. Each piece undergoes 32 precise processes, from honeycomb weaving to triple-fluff filling, using carefully selected materials to deliver cloud-like softness - carrying forward both her loving touch and our unwavering commitment to quality comfort.

On the fence? BUY THIS BLANKET
Texture and luxury. For the price, you just can’t beat it. Definitely smells weird right out of the packaging, but are we sleeping with things that aren’t clean? A quick wash cleared the smell right up. Go ahead and cut off the annoyingly large tag because you ain’t getting rid of this bad boy. He’s so soft!
