Not really a waffle weave, but nice otherwise.
Nice weight, washes well, but it's not a true waffle weave, which is disappointing as I was trying to match the texture to a waffle weave accent blanket.

Overall good bedding and a competitive price
I've had this duvet cover now for over 2 years (I do alternate with 3 other covers throughout the seasons) and it's holding up pretty well. There are some snags here and there but in all fairness I do dry it outdoors which sometimes catches on the wood fence I sling it over and have 2 dogs who share the bed. It has a good weight to it for so Cal winter nights and gives that spa/hotel weave feel. I also got all the pillow covers and fur blanket from Amazon and am happy with it all. It is also priced better than some nicer home good brands, but I can't compare overall quality with them (e.g. buttons and other small detail differences)

Great quality
This duvet cover is fantastic quality. The fabric is not thin at all. It has buttons on the bottom that are very secure and ties on the inside to attach to the comforter.
