PureWoven™ Triple-Layer Cotton Gauze Duvet Cover Set

I like to have multiple duvet covers so I can change the look of the bedroom from season to season. As with all new clothing and bedding, I always wash them before use. Although this has a bumpy/gauzy texture, out of the package it was also badly creased so I wasn't sure what to expect. As per the instructions, since this is mcahine washable, I washed the set on cold water and tumble dried on low. Surprisingly, the cover was much softer and even thicker feeling after being washed and dried, and all the creases were completely gone. Inside, there are 8 sets of ties to secure the duvet and prevent slipping, which I really appreciate as it keeps the duvet firmly in place. I generally prefer covers with button closures because they're usually wider, but this zipper did not disappoint. It's very wide, operates smoothly and is hidden under a little flap giving the bottom of the cover a very clean finished appearance. The bumpy woven gauzy texture is really quite nice and is more interesting than a smooth weave and gives the cover an inviting and cozy look. The material itself is very soft and breathable so it helps for heat regulation and it feels great to snuggle up with. I'm really very pleased with this duvet cover. It's well made, will last a good long time with proper care and cleaning and overall is a good value.

I was surprised at how really great this triple layer gauze 100% cotton blend really felt. It's supposed to be 3x more breathable than linen. I'm not sure about that but it definitely feels great. I love the naturally wrinkled look that gives it a nice textured look versus the usual straight flat pattern of your typical duvet cover. The price was fairly decent for queen size duvet. And another thing to note is how good the zipper are. Will be getting a second one since I liked the first.
