Comfortable for side sleeping
I have tried many similar cervical neck pillows and have found most to be uncomfortable as a side sleeper. I do wish the neck support was slightly higher/firmer — but this is the best I have found so far. With other similar pillows, I have tossed and turned all night whereas this one allowed me to sleep through the night. I like that it comes with a removable cover that feels cool to the touch and the pillow itself seems well-made. That said, while I do recommend this pillow for comfort, the price seems quite high compared to other available options.

Supportive without feeling too hard
I’ve tried a few cervical style pillows and this one is one of the better ones I’ve used. It feels supportive but not uncomfortably stiff, and I like having the option to switch between the softer and firmer side depending on how my neck feels. The shape does take a little getting used to if you normally sleep on a regular pillow, but once adjusted it feels supportive for both back and side sleeping. The cooling cover is also a nice bonus and makes it feel more comfortable overnight. Overall a really good option if you want more neck support while still being comfortable.

Comfortable and supportive cervical pillow
I’ve been using this pillow for about a week now, and overall I’m really liking it. It’s very comfortable to lay on and has a nice balance between support and softness. I also appreciate that it’s slightly larger than many cervical pillows, which made it feel less restrictive and easier to get comfortable with. One thing I noticed right away is how well it cradles the head and neck. I don’t seem to roll over as much during the night because the shape helps keep me positioned comfortably. It works especially well for back sleeping. The memory foam feels supportive without being rock hard, and I liked that it came with a fitted pillowcase already included. It arrived packaged well with no strong odor after opening. Considering the design and comfort level, I think it offers good value for the money compared to more expensive orthopedic pillows.
