Caveat: I bought this same product 6 months ago and it has been great. Dog loves it. Easy to unzip and wash. Perfect. So i bought a second one. Not anticipating a problem I tore it open and cut up the box for the recycle bin since trash day was the next day. Took it down to the basement for my dog's second nesting spot. I unzipped it and WHAMO. 2 thirds of the way around hit a manufacturing defect in the zipper track, like a couple of teeth were mishapen. Zipper snagged and stuck. No more zipping 😠. I will still use since i cannot send back but zipper is no longer functional and stuck at 1/3rd closed
My pets love this bed! As you can see, the bed was supposed to be for my dog, but my two cats are absolutely obsessed with it as well. It’s super soft and comfy. The foam part it removable for washing, and it was easy to put together (you just have to wait a few days for the foam insert to expand). I removed a star because the top & sides of the bed are just SO SHINY for some reason, which I really don’t care for. I’m hoping that they get less shiny once the cover has been washed/used more.
The media could not be loaded. I bought a Large and an X-Large for my English Bulldog and Frenchie. The X-Large is very big—it's even large for my English Bulldog! They both can easily fit in the XL! They absolutely loved the beds and they seem very comfortable! I haven’t washed them yet, but they were easy to assemble and look to be of very good quality. They arrived well-packaged in a compact box, with the cover and the cushion separated inside."
