Do not use sharp objects to open the package to avoid damage.

Allow the foam to recover for 1 hour before gently unfolding it.

Move the foam with the included non-woven pad. Avoid pressing your fingernails into the foam.

Size Variation: Minor size variations of up to 1–2 inches may occur due to compression packaging and are considered normal. The product will regain its intended size after fully expanding.

Expansion Instructions: Allow up to 48 hours for the foam to fully expand after unpacking. For faster recovery, gently fluff, knead, or pat any compressed areas.

Odor Notice A slight odor from memory foam is normal and harmless. The foam is certified by OEKO-TEX® and CertiPUR-US® and contains no harmful substances. If desired, place the foam in a well-ventilated area for up to 48 hours to allow any initial odor to dissipate.

Mattress Pad Cover
-Carefully remove the mattress pad cover from the memory foam layer before washing.
-Use a large-capacity washing machine.
-Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle.
-Tumble dry low.
