Down Comforter Care Tips

Unpacking Instructions

The comforter may appear flat or less fluffy at first due to vacuum packing — this is normal. Gently pat or shake it to restore its loft.
- Made with genuine duck down, it may have a light natural scent when first opened. Air it out for a few hours or tumble dry on low with dryer balls for about 15 minutes to refresh and fluff.
- Tested to meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ensuring it is free from harmful substances and unpleasant odors.

Usage Instructions

If an unpleasant odor occurs, fold and compress the comforter to force out odors, air out for 3-4 hours in a well-ventilated area.
- Zoned filling provides targeted warmth, with denser fill along the edges for a natural drape. The gravity-inspired seal design helps retain heat and block drafts throughout the night.
- Use a duvet cover to help extend the comforter’s lifespan.
- For King or Oversized King sizes, place the long side across the bed’s width for a natural drape and full coverage.

Care Instructions

For best results, use a large front-loading washer.
- Spot clean small stains; dry clean if needed.
- Machine wash separately in cold water (≤86°F / 30°C). Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage or damage to the filling.
- Use a delicate or gentle cycle with low spin to reduce stretching or shifting.
- Tumble dry on low (≤140°F / 60°C) with dryer balls to restore loft, or air dry flat or hanging.
- Store in the provided bag in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

Important Notes

Do not use bleach (including chlorine), as it can weaken fibers, fade colors, or damage the fabric.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry clean.
- Avoid detergents or cleaners containing chlorine.
