What should I do if my sheets tear after washing?
Bamboo fabric is naturally soft and needs gentle care. We recommend using a laundry bag, selecting a delicate cycle, and avoiding high heat in the dryer. Simply machine wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle for a like-new restoration. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as they can damage the fibers. If your sheets do tear, please send us a photo along with your order info. We’ll take a look and find the best solution for you.
How do I deal with wrinkles in the sheets?
Some wrinkling is normal after washing. For best results, lay the sheets flat right after drying or use a low-heat iron if needed. Use a low heat setting and avoid direct high heat. A pressing cloth is recommended to protect the fabric and get a smooth finish. If you’re using a dryer, choose a gentle, low-heat cycle and remove the sheets promptly to help minimize wrinkles.
