Wow what an upgrade. The width on the back makes it wonderful. Maybe a foot longer would be the next upgrade. The connection is where my previous heating pads always failed. I don't think this will fail. It's great.

Works great. Didn’t know it had a massager included cause o didn’t read it so bonus for me. The massager had a separate button to turn on from the heat so i can use one or both. Works great on my back with the perfect amount of weight to give some weight where I am using the heating pad.
