Make sure item is new and vacuum sealed and not pr
I ordered this comforter in Beige. The first one I received was not vacuum sealed and appeared to have been previously opened and used. It even had stains on one corner. Thankfully, customer service quickly sent a replacement. The second comforter arrived vacuum sealed, clean, and in brand-new condition. The comforter itself is definitely a keeper—it's soft, lightweight, and exactly what I was looking for. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the initial experience. I'm not sure why Amazon or the seller thought it was acceptable to ship what appeared to be a used item. That said, they handled the issue promptly and made it right.

Great comforter, especially for the price!
Bought a Twin comforter for my dorm room’s Twin XL mattress and was worried it wouldn’t be big enough, but it was the perfect size. The waffle texture wasn’t exactly what I expected, but it looks good. Tried to show the texture in the attached photos for reference. The mattress also has some sewn details (refer to photo) that I originally assumed were defects, since it isn’t obvious from the seller’s item photos, so heads up on that! Overall, my only complaints are that the pillow case does not have texture on both sides and the green is slightly less saturated than I expected, but it’s definitely Olive green. However, the comforter is soft, and not too thick or thin, and fits great.

Super comfy and cozy
Obsessed with this comforter. The waffle texture is nice and aesthetic, and the other side is super soft. It washed well with no bunching. It’s extremely cozy but not too hot. The matching pillow cases tie the room together. Makes you want to just melt into bed!
