Cotton Clover Quilt Set

Overall the quilt is a good product. It's soft, light in weight but provides good warmth - but won't leave you overly warm. I have been using it a few weeks now and I'm mostly satisfied with the purchase at the price I paid. My one disappointment is that it came vacuum packed (I get that it probably saves on shipping costs). I followed the instructions to get the many wrinkles out (leave it spread out for 24-48 hours, fluff and pat it, etc). However it stills has lots of wrinkles that haven't come out yet. This hasn't stopped me from using the quilt but it doesn't look as good as it could. I suppose those remaining wrinkles will come out eventually - probably after it is laundered. I would have liked for the product information to have noted that it comes vacuum packed and that wrinkles, lines, etc could persist. All that said, I'm not disappointed with the product itself.

I gave this a 3 star rating because I believe bedding should be soft to the touch since you sleep in it. I’ve also been looking to purchase more natural fiber textiles. I bought this set because it stated it was 100% cotton expecting it to be soft once washed. Honestly I don’t know how many washes it will take to get it to soft, but as it stands today it is not soft to the touch. Kinda rough. Having said that if this is not an issue for you then I will recommend as a lightweight coverlet. It is well made and pretty. I ordered the olive green in King. However, if you are skin sensitive this won’t be a pleasant experience. I kept it because I already washed it but will probably donate it.
