Side Sleeper Adjustable Pillow

I don’t personally use this pillow for my head, even though it works fine for that. Because of its size, I actually find it much more comfortable to use as a pillow to hug while sleeping, so my review is mostly based on that experience. Pros: * The pillow feels very breathable, so it doesn’t get too hot during warm days * It’s pretty easy to clean thanks to the foam layers * Great size for hugging while sleeping * Nice support for resting your legs or feet Cons: * I honestly can’t find anything seriously wrong with it. It’s just a simple, comfortable pillow * The only thing I’d mention is that it’s not very firm. Even with the multiple layers, if you use it as a head pillow it might feel a little too tall for some people Overall, I’ve been happy with it and found it more versatile than I expected.

The media could not be loaded. I REALLY love this pillow. When sleeping on my side, I use a pillow. My previous foam pillow was too firm and it was stopping the circulation in my ear when I slept on my side, causing a lot of pain. This pillow has loft for spine alignment but it also has soft give that allows me to be comfortable on my side. I have been using only the large insert. The thin insert is a memory foam, and I have been using that folded in half to lift my rib cage and take some pressure off my shoulder joint when side sleeping. When sleeping on my back I push away the pillow, but using only the memory foam insert would be a good option to give the flatness needed for back sleeping. Both inserts together can make a more firm pillow option. I like this adjustability for my husband or if I have guests with different preferences. I could not feel any cooling effect. The pillow fits well in my queen-sized pillow cases. This is a well-made pillow with sturdy seams and a pocket to hide the zipper tab. It has a softly tufted surface for extra comfort. Finally, because the pillow cover unzips, it can be tossed in the wash to refresh.

Upon receiving, the pillow and all complements were snugly packed into the box, but I allowed overall 24 hours for them to naturally open and then as instructed, placed the pillow in the dryer for about 15-20 minutes. This pillow is easy to assemble and provides nice firm but comfortable support. I have used it so far for both a regular pillow and for a side-sleeping support to “hug” with it reaching from my chest to my knees. My one dislike is how the pillow looks “lumpy” under a pillowcase due to the quilting, but when making my bed in the morning I just flip it upside down so it’s visually smooth because when sleeping, the quilted top cover adds to the comfort level.
