What is Prime Day and why is it important?
With these results, Amazon has called Prime Day, “the largest shopping event in Amazon history”. Prime Day is an annual special sales holiday, which offers many benefits to customers.

When is Prime Day?
Originally a celebration of Amazon’s 20-year anniversary in 2015, the shopping event has become a hugely popular sales day, which has been extended to 2 days. This year, Prime Day is on Monday the 21st and Tuesday the 22nd of June.
Some discounts will be for the whole 48 hour sales period and others – called “Lightning Deals” – will only be live for a few hours.
How to Prepare for Prime Day
To prepare for Prime Day, the first thing to do is to become a member. Click on Amazon’s Prime Day site to find out more and register.
Yearly membership cost $13 and includes a 30-day free trial. Secondly, make a list of things you and your loved ones are looking for. This will help keep you focused and make it easier for you to find and buy all the products you are looking for.
Thirdly, plan a time on Monday the 21st or Tuesday the 22nd to find what you need. With many people having busy schedules, planning this activity will make sure you can find the deals you want and then move on to whatever you need to do next.
